Requirements to qualify for a home purchase:

  • You have to be permanently employed

  • You have to earn a GROSS salary of R28 000 +

  • You can do a joint bond - together earning  R28 000 or more.

  • You have to have a decent Credit History - (I can check that for you.)

  • Being an RSA citizen is a PLUS.     Non-RSA citizens need a deposit.
